I found myself gaining weight and becoming increasingly unhealthy. I was tired all the time and had not taken any personal time in months. Once I realized that I had went into a bunker with my head down just grinding away I started to look at ways that I could better myself and accomplish my goals while not compromising my work. I started to look at successful people from all different job fields. Actors, Business professionals, Athletes, and ask why one is more successful than the other. What I noticed was balance, routine, and a schedule.
